About Us
Staff Right was founded by Kim Dobbs in 2001. It employs a team of professionals
that have over 50 years of experience. It remains privately-owned and operated.
Staff Right is locally based in Flowery Branch, Georgia.
We have worked hard to build a winning Staff Right team by recruiting the best
talent, providing excellent training and equipping each staff member with the
tools to achieve high quality performance.

Kellin Dobbs, CEO, graduated from Piedmont College in Demorest, Georgia with a dual major in business administration and management.
After college, Kellin had a successful career in sales and executive management in the service industry. He joined our team in 2003 bringing not only his vast experience, but also additional business partnerships that have taken Staff Right to the next level.
He was born and raised in Hall County, Gainesville, Georgia. He now resides with his wife and two fabulous sons in Flowery Branch. When he is not at work, you can find Kellin at the gym.

Kim Dobbs, owner of Staff Right, has over 20 years experience in the service industry. She has spent the last 11 years in the staffing industry. She was born and raised in Georgia. Originally from Gwinnett County, she now resides in Flowery Branch with her husband and two boys.
Her goal is to create a team oriented staff to ensure the personal satisfaction of both our clients and candidates. "Our team strives to make accurate placements while maintaining a high level of respect and care to everyone."
Angela Gentile

Angela Gentile, Business Manager, started with Staff Right working as a temporary employee in 2005. In May 2007, she joined the in-house staff and has been working behind the scenes since then. She handles a wide spectrum of responsibilities which include the following: processing payroll, accounts payable & receivable, overseeing our safety program and workers compensation.
Angela graduated from college in 2003 with a bachelors in Business Management. She loves the fast paced environment of the staffing industry and working with numbers every day.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband David, her two
loyal dogs Misty and Sadie, and family and friends.

Miriam Earley, Business Development Representative, has been in the staffing industry for over twelve years working in sales and as a recruiter. She has been part of the Staff Right team for the last four years.
Miriam enjoys building relationships with the clients and employees. "I love my job because I feel like I am helping people. Making the perfect placement is extremely rewarding."
When Miriam is not working, she enjoys the mountains and the lake with her friends, family and pets.

Bonnie Kribel, Business Development Representative, graduated from Florida International University in Miami, Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality. Since graduation, she has been in sales and marketing in the service industry, including 11 years in sales and management in the staffing industry.
Bonnie, an East Cobb resident, was born in Miami, Florida and has lived in Georgia for the last 18 years. In her spare time, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and also loves relaxing at their pool, traveling, concerts, running and reading.
Bonnie is very excited to work at StaffRight, a "family oriented company where everyone works as a team member in order to ensure 100% customer satisfaction".
